About Me
- Name: Cha Sifu George
I'm Sifu George and I'm a Chinese tea lover! I have a tea house/tea shop in China as well as being a part-owner of KungFuCha.net Since a young age, I've been passionate about my traditional Chinese culture, and especially Chinese Tea which I drink every day. I have studied first-hand with many tea masters & farmers - staying on the tea plantations and learning the whole process. At the same time I was doing my own research: investigating how to make different varieties, from different altitude levels and different seasonal teas. I've come to appreciate the different tastes and qualities as well as the medicinal and health affects of high grade tea. My “Journey of Tea" keeps on going, always discovering & appreciating more & more! Personally I believe that Chinese tea has the potential to bring immense amounts of happiness. Please join me!
